ALEX QUINTON SHIPP, age 56, of Mineral, died Friday, July 4, 2003 at his residence. Mr. Shipp was a member of Moose Lodge 1380. He was preceded in death by his parents James Marion Shipp and Nellie Ruth Tanner Shipp and one brother Randy Shipp. Survivors include one daughter Kathy Micsky and her fianc David A. Moston of Manassas, one sister Ada Spillane of Middletown, CT, and one brother Horace Ray Shipp of Bealeton. Also surviving are 2 grandchildren Gail Micsky, Christina Micsky, his dearest and closest friends Lester and Joanna Leonard of Mineral, and his friends Bill and Mary Estes of Front Royal, JoLynn Fertig of Berryville, Doug and Betsy Young of Front Royal, Phil and Courtney Vail of Manassas, Sara, Linda, Monica, Peter, Billy, Megan, Chelsea, Emily, Sierra, and many other friends.
