Alejandrino Trujillo, Sr., 89, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 6, 2020 in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving husband of Carmen Luz Trujillo with whom he shared over 29 years of marriage and the late Rosa M. Trujillo. Born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Antonio and Ignacia (Cardona) Trujillo. Alejandrino owned and operated Supermercado Mi Tierra for over 55 years (formerly Price-Rite Market) until retiring. He was a faithful member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church, a founder of the Cursillo de Cristiandad, a leader of the Holy Name Society of Jesus, the Spanish Council, and a founder of the Puerto Rican Beneficial Society in Bethlehem. He honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Alejandrino was an avid reader and loved spending time with his family and friends. 

Survivors: In addition to his loving wife Carmen; son Uriel Trujillo and his wife Sarath of Bethlehem and Alejandrino Trujillo, Jr. and his fiancé Lilliana Soto of Bethlehem; stepchildren Jose Antonio Ortiz and his wife Jodi and Annette Petrillo; siblings Luis Trujillo, Ersito Trujillo and Jesus Trujillo; loving grandchildren Natasha Trujillo-Ruiz and her husband Maximino Jr., Marissa Ortiz, Sofia Trujillo and Eva Trujillo; great grandson Maximino Ruiz, III as well as many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sons Axel Trujillo and Luis Trujillo and his siblings Gerardo Trujillo, Clara Trujillo, Moises Trujillo, Leocadio Trujillo, Hermenehildo Trujillo, Gumercinda Trujillo, and Herminia Trujillo.
