Alberta Mae Bowman, 85, of 62 Elk Drive, a retired retail manager and sales associate died of natural causes at home in the arms of her daughter and surrounded by family.

Alberta was born Sept. 9th 1929 in Great Falls, MT to Al and Francis Rossberg; one of five children. She married Bud Siebert, later divorced, and married Robert Bowman in April 1953.

Alberta was a social butterfly. Her friendly and outgoing nature made her a natural in sales. She worked at KG Women, Miss Trudys, and Conrads in the Holiday Village Mall for numerous years serving customers with her smiling face and dressy attire. She continues to have many customers as friends and never met a stranger she didn’t like.

She had a passion for gardening and loved her precious peonies, lilacs, and raspberry bushes.

She is survived by her daughter Vicki Mattingly (Bob); a son, Gary Bowman (Lynn); Sister, Terrie Kessner (Hoss) and brother, Frank Rossberg (Shelly); Grandsons, JR, Phillip, and Shiloh Mattingly; Granddaughters, Toma Campbell, Autumn Crawford (Mike), and Layla Bronec (Dan), and seventeen great-grandchildren, Josh, Presley, Matt, Jacob, Cash, and Jayne Mattingly, Brandi Dolfemeyer (Mark), Megan Arthor (Ty), Brendon Swartz, Jayden and Meah Campbell , Shaylee Sherrard, Aiyden, Destinee, and Valor Crawford, River Terry Brody and Greta Bronec; Two great-great-grandchildren, Cheyenne and Derek Mattingly; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Bowman was proceeded in death by her parents; Brothers, Al and Fred Rossberg and grandson, Derek Mattingly.
