Alberta (Dzurnak) Batcho, 93, of Raymond , New Hampshire, died Sunday August 27, 2006 in New Hampshire. She was born November 30, 1912 in Taylor, Pa. She was the third child of six of Catherine (Popson) and Michael Dzurnak. She was married to Andrew B. Batcho on May 30, 1942. A long-time resident of Willimantic, Ct., and South Windham, CT, she worked as a pieceworker in the Electro-Motive Manufacturing Company before the company closed. She finished her work career as a clerk in the Windham County Probate Office. Alberta was a faithful member of St. Joseph’s parish until she moved to Raymond, NH to live with family in 1996. She spent her last years as a resident of Mt. Carmel Health Care Center in Manchester, NH, until her death on August 27th following a brief illness. Alberta is survived by her son, Andrew J. and his wife Lynn Batcho; her daughter Barbara and her husband Victor Beaudoin; 4 granddaughters; a great-grandson; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
