Albert was born August 25, 1931 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Albert and Mildred (Hollobaugh) Mechling, Sr. Al was united in marriage to Marlene Wolff on August 30, 1956. Al served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War from November of 1952 until honorably discharged in October of 1954.
Al is survived by his wife, Marlene Mechling; daughters, Kimberle (Tim) Stuut and Michelle Cheesebro; 4 grandchildren, Autumnlyn, Ashlee (Cory), Tyler (Liz) and Tayelor; 3 great grandchildren; 3 step-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
