ALBERT C. KING
MIDDLEBURY, CT – Albert C. King, 87, of Kissewaug Road passed away peacefully September 8, 2012 surrounded by his family.
Albert, a native of Grand Falls, NB, Canada, was born April 20, 1925 to the late Henry and Hattie King. He was one of ten children.
He proudly served in the Canadian Army.
He worked as a pharmaceutical salesman for over 20 years. He retired from Southbury Training School in 1988. He enjoyed raccoon hunting, horseback riding, and jazz music.
He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Bertha King; son Robert King and daughter in-law Linda of Middlebury; daughter Deborah Bernardi and son in-law Michael of Bethlehem. Also, a sister, Phoebe Sutton of Grand Falls, NB.
He is predeceased by a son, Thomas R. King.
He leaves behind grand-daughters Sandy Noel and husband Larry of Aiken, South Carolina; Melissa Fitzpatrick and her husband James of Watertown; and Michelle King of Middlebury.
Grandsons Thomas King and wife Ryah of Middlebury; Robbie King of Middlebury; Joseph Bernardi and wife Jaime of Middlebury; Michael Bernardi and wife Christina of Bethlehem; and Brian Bernardi and wife Virginia of Bethlehem.
Great grand-children Abigayle, Alessandra and Andrew King; Angelina, Olivia and Joseph Bernardi; Alexis and Jeffrey Bernardi; Brooke and Benjamin Bernardi, and many nieces and nephews.
