Alan Paul Schwartzman, 77, of Middletown, passed away on Friday, July 24th at Middlesex Heath Care Center in Middletown. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late William and Esther (Bornstein) Schwartzman. Mr. Schwartzman was a graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts. He also served in the US Army. In 1953, he married Beth Levin and they had two children, Josh and Adam. In 1972, he married Susan Hawkins and they had two children, Jill and Jesse.
