Aileen Bettis Waters, 96, Rossville, died Thursday, July 30, 2009. She was born September 12, 1912 in Chattanooga, to the late Simon and Della Poe. Mrs. Waters was living in Rossville at the time of her death and was a retired beautician. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Rev. Luther Bettis; her husband of seven years, Paul Waters, and son, R. L. Bettis.
