Loving mother of John (Nancy) Jurek, late Sandy (late Frank) Jurek, late Kenneth (Pattie) Jurek, late Rudy Hlavatovich, and the late Edwin “Butch” Hlavatovich.
Proud grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 9. Preceded in death by her parents John and Isabel Puttkammer. Agnes will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
