Adeline Rita Rimelspach, 99, died peacefully at Elmwood Nursing Home on Monday, April 10, 2023. She was born in Fremont, Ohio on September 27, 1923 to the late Harry and Beatrice Kadler.
She graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1941. She married Robert A. Rimelspach on November 22, 1945. She loved raising her family on their farm. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, music, and in her youth, tap dancing. Her children have wonderful memories of growing up with her on the farm in Fremont, with homemade pies and lots of farm fresh vegetables. Adeline was well known in the community for working with her son David at the Rimelspach Farm’s market at Routes 12 and 53.
She is survived by her children, Janet (Gerald) Reichert, James (David Arment), David (Linda) and Carol (Robert) Bischoff. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Jacqueline LaPointe and Jennifer and Jonathon Rimelspach. She was predeceased by her loving husband Robert and by her son Thomas and his wife Tina and their children Janelle and Thomas Jr. as well as her sister, Mercedes (Chuck) Baskey and her brother, Edward (Betty) Kadler.
The family would like to thank and recognize the loving staff at the Elmwood Assisted Living in Fremont, Ohio for their care of Adeline.
