Adah M. Kingery, 86, of Knightstown, formerly of Greenfield, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born September 15, 1927 in Oaklandon to the late John I. and Lettie (Combs) Silvey.
Adah was a homemaker and a graduate of the old Mt. Comfort High School. She was also a lifetime member of the VFW Post #6904 Ladies Auxiliary and past member of the Warrington Nazarene Church. She is survived by son Frederick John (Lois) Kingery of Wilkinson; grandchildren: Wendy (Cary) Stidham of Knightstown, Jason (Jill) Kingery of Indianapolis, Ashleaha Dailey of Bedford; Desire Kingery of Shirley and Kelsea Parker of Kentucky; great-grandchildren: Heather and Kindra Stidham, Kiah and McKayla Linstrum, and Xavier Dailey.
Adah was preceded in death by her husband Paul Kingery in 1987.
