Ada Bess Etchison, age 84, of Cicero, IN died June 9, 2011 at Riverwalk Village at Noblesville, IN. She was born August 15, 1926 at Elwood, IN to William Harrison and Jessie Francis (Cox) Sipple.
Ada was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and caring for her cats. She also loved shopping for antiques and lived her life surrounded by antiques, many of which were family heirlooms.
She graduated from Frankton High School and married Ralph Lowell Etchison on November 12, 1946. He preceded her in death September 4, 2004.
Surviving her are three sons: David D. Etchison of Defiance, OH, Daniel Lee Etchison of Columbus, IN, and Douglas Lynn Etchison of Delta, OH, grandchildren: Jason, Brian, Keli Ann, and Danielle Etchison, great-grandchildren: Colt David and Abigail Etchison.
In addition to her parents and husband she was also preceded in death by two sisters: Susan Avery and Wilma Benham.
