….. A native of Monroe, IA, Mrs. Irene resided at Southern Oaks Personal Care Center in Picayune, MS. She was a Homemaker and a member of New Palestine Baptist Church for over 30 years during which time she participated in many mission trips to Russia and Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Hise, and Anna E. Doedyns Hise, her husband, Roy H. Dodds, her stepson, Lawrence L.. Survivors include : her stepson, Lester Dodds, her granddaughter, Roberta DeJaynes, her grandsons, Larry Dodds, and Kendell Ray Dodds, and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
