Ms. Guzman was born July 10, 1963 in Camuy, Puerto Rico.
She was a 1980 graduate of Parslo Avila High School. Ms. Guzman was retired from Mikita Corporation with over 25 years of service. She was a member of Iqielesa Emanuel and Dacula Church of God
