Zoë Margaret Jacobs, of Mount Pleasant, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023.
Zoë was born August 14, 2012 in Charlotte to Alexis Jacobs and Kathryn Green. She was preceded in death by grandfathers, Klyde Green and Billy Jacobs, Jr.
Zoë was a fifth grader at Mt. Pleasant Elementary School. Zoë will be remembered as sassy, spunky, sarcastic, silly, independent, determined, imaginative and incredibly creative, and really bad at math. She loved reading and singing; Nacho Cheese Doritos, cheese and guacamole; SpongeBob SquarePants, Disney movies and princesses; farts, and the color orange. She was also a fan of comfort and always had an arsenal of quotes from funny internet videos. Zoë never knew a stranger. She had an incredibly contagious smile and was always overwhelmingly positive. “It’s going to be okay, buddy!”
Those left to cherish Zoë’s memory include her parents, Alexis Jacobs, Kathryn Green and John McClain; grandparents, Cathy and Gene Starnes, and Tracy and Michael Young; aunts and uncles, Mitch and Julie Young, and Jimmy and Courtney Jacobs; cousins, Aiden and Aubrey; and special aunt, Rose Fraser; “kisters,” Ava and Ara; and numerous great-grandparents, extended family, friends, and pets.
