Okeechobee – Zelda Raulerson passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021, in Vidalia, Georgia. She was born November 20, 1931, in Basinger, Florida to Maurice V. Raulerson and Millie Rose Raulerson.
She was a member of Northside Baptist Church. She enjoyed working in the garden, walking her dog Louie, and doing ceramics. Her biggest joy was attending church.
Zelda was preceded in death by her parents, Maurice V. Raulerson and Millie Rose Raulerson; daughter, Ginger Greenberger Domer; son-in-law, Gene Johnson; grandson, Jeremiah Mercer; sisters, Zolda Favot and Hilda Thomas; brothers, Jack Raulerson, Lytle “Cowboy” Raulerson, and Burt Lowell Raulerson; sisters-in-law, Frances Raulerson, Elizabeth Raulerson, and Carolyn Raulerson.
She is survived by daughters, Terry Johnson, of Georgia, Charlene Jones (Tom), of Alabama, and Stacey Barber, of Okeechobee; sons, Scott McDugald, Craig McDugald (Melody), both of Okeechobee, and Clark McDugald, of California; brother, Michael Raulerson, of Okeechobee; eleven grandchildren, Jeff Johnson, of Kentucky, Jada Mercer, of Georgia, Amy Johnson, of Ohio, Thad Barber, Tanya Low (Bryan), Tyler Barber, of Okeechobee, Matt Jones, of Alabama, Ashley Jones, of Alabama, Cortney Lowman, of South Carolina, Colby McDugald, of Okeechobee, Cayla Maulbin, of Okeechobee; ten great grandchildren; the wonderful hospice family, Layla, Kate, Cindi, Kelly, Anna, J, and Brother Daniel, of Vidalia, Georgia.
