Funeral Services for Zane Dolan Bryant, age 68, of Carriere, MS, who passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022, will be held Saturday, May 28, 2022, at 4:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.Visitation will be Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home. Burial will be in Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Slidell, LA, under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.Deacon Doug McNair will officiate the service.A native of New Orleans, LA, he was an Inspector with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.He was preceded in death by his parents, Zane Dolan Bryant, Sr. and Murtis Matthews Bryant.Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sharon Fontenot Bryant; his son, Michael Bryant; his stepson, Douglas Cassard; his 6 grandchildren, Blaine Bryant, Blake Bryant, Zane E. Bryant, Trista Bryant, Evan Bryant, Tyler Cassard; his great granddaughter, Amelia Cassard; his brother, Paul Sundergelt; his sisters, Ivye Ellen Doucet, Linda Hall, Mona Martinez, Kitty Wichers, and Margaret Conatser.
