Yvonne Rus (nee Rogers) age 90, of Highland formerly of East Chicago, IN, passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018.
Yvonne is survived by her loving daughters, Nancy (late Jim) Teutemacher and Reyne Plesha; grandchildren, Matthew (Jessika) Laudermilk, Kate (Kiel) Johnson and Erik Plesha; great grandchildren, Liv and Penny Laudermilk and expectant baby Johnson; and son in law, Terry Plesha. She is preceded in death by husband, Leo Rus and daughter, Linda Rus-Laudermilk.
Yvonne was a graduate of Washington High School in East Chicago. She was a member of St. James Church where she practiced her faith with devotion and passion. She dearly loved her family, extended family and friends.
