On Tuesday, December 24th, Nicole Duran passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 30 years. Nicole will forever be remembered by her husband Eric Duran and their precious four children, Anthony (15), Lizette(11), Denise (11), and Luis (8), by her parents Suzanne and David Alardin and Marcos and Veronica Martinez, and by her brothers Marcos Martinez Jr. and his wife Rosa, and Roman Martinez and his wife Yolanda. She will also forever be remembered by her grandfather, David Lara Sr., and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Lillie Lara, and her paternal grandparents, Raymundo and Vicenta Martinez.
Nicole was a devoted wife, and mom. She enjoyed cooking and creating crafts with her four children. She loved her community of Gun Barrel, TX and would spend time volunteering at her children’s schools and her grandfather’s church.
Nicole had a big heart and always showed empathy for those around her. She was caring and would open her home and heart to those in need. She had a spark and an infectious laugh and smile that we will all miss.
