Yvonne was born August 7, 1936 in Maybury West Virginia to Willie and Virginia Price. She was baptized at a young age, and graduated from Elkhorn High School form which she later married her high school sweetheart Mose Holley Jr. From this union they had two children Larry R. Holley and LaDonna Holley Johnson.
Yvonne worked and retired from Hawthorne State Hospital in Cleveland Ohio. She was a very dedicated member of their staff for may years and loved her patients. Her favorite past time was playing cards with her family and friends, particularly PokerKeno.
Yvonne went home to be with our Lord and Savior on April 29, 2023. She is preceded in death by her Mother Virginia and Father Willie Price, her beloved husband Mose Holley Jr., Daughter LaDonna Holley Johnson, Sister Geraldine Calloway, Brother William (Noonie) Patterson, and Grandson Larry Moore.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her son Larry (Veronica) Holley, of Columbus Ohio, Gary Watkins of Green Valley West Virginia, Grandchildren, Kenneth (Valerie) Evans of Atlanta Georgia, Terry (Laticia) Peoples and Jaime Beard of Columbus Ohio, Jeane’ Holley and Tiara Johnson of Cleveland Ohio, Satira Johnson and Clarence (CJ) Johnson of Bluefield West Virginia, Sisters Brenda Stephney and Marion Blackwell of Bluefield West Virginia, Sister-in-law Alice May Johnson of Columbus Ohio. Yvonne had 22 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great-Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
