Wink (Dameron) Blair-Sutz On May 7, 2018, Wink Blair, a longtime resident of Scottsdale, AZ left those she loved, and those who loved her. After a lifetime of robust health, this last year Wink succumbed to Cancer. She died peacefully, with no pain. She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 30+ years, Richard Sutz, her sister, Shingo Manard, who lives in Louisiana, and hundreds of her friends and business associates. Wink, borne in Little Rock, AR, August 17, 1921, grew up in Baton Rouge, LA. Following her graduation from Louisiana State University, she lived for many years in the French Quarter. She enjoyed a fabulously interesting and varied career; from being a key executive in former President Regan’s California campaign, to acting as the Senior Administrative Assistant to former Congressman Hale Boogs, then Democratic Majority Leader, U.S. House of Representatives, and Member of the Warren Commission For the last 30 years her prime business has been Wink Inc™, a public relations firm specializing in business development and special events. Her clients have included small business startups, self-employed professionals, resorts, art, restaurants, and cultural organizations, tourist firms, media tours and numerous nonprofit organizations.
