In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by William (Bill) Darling her first husband of 43 years, Carrol Dean and DeWitt Hayley, brothers, Kathryn Hayley Condo sister, and David Shelby, loving husband of 14 and one-half years.
Wilma is survived by niece Barbara R. Haley (Bob Roberts), nephews, Joseph Condo (Amy) and Michael Condo (Joanna), great-nieces and great nephews, Henry, Elizabeth, Chloe, Aiden, Becca, Dylan and Erynn Condo, cousins Bobette and Chris Hallum and Sally and Larry Cicero of England, AR.
