Wilma Augusta Reid, age 81 of Centralia, IL, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at her son and daughter-in-law’s home, surrounded by her family.
Wilma was born on May 31, 1934 in Hamburg, Germany. She married Ronnie E. Reid on August 1, 1982 in Centralia and he preceded her in death on December 8, 2010.
Wilma is survived by three sons, Larry Hossler and wife DeVonya of Centralia, Bobby Hossler of Centralia, and Terry Hossler of Centralia; a daughter, Kim Jewell and husband Tom of Strasburg, IL; sixteen grandchildren, Ashley, Jesika, Sierra, Kayla, Brandon, Leah, Brett, Sandra, Bobby, Jerry Jr., Mike, Paige, Alexis, Daniel, Ciara, and Brooke; and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a son, Jerry Hossler.
Wilma moved to the United States 50 years ago. She was a Christian woman who spent her life as a housewife and homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, camping, and bowling.
