Willis Franklin ” Frankie ” Mathis, 72, of Gulf Breeze, Florida passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2014. A native of Dover, Florida, Frankie called the Gulf Coast area home for many years. He is preceded in death by his wife of 31 years, Kathy Williams Mathis. He is survived by his children Brad Mathis and Tammie Hargraves.
