She was born August 1, 1933 in Covington GA to the late Ruben Dial and Willie Lee Dial. Along with her parents Lucille is preceded in death by her husband Riley Moore.
She is survived by children Ronald Moore, Sandra Britt and Terri Whigham. She is also survived by her grandchildren Luke Meadows, Kurt Meadows, Trevor Moore, Hailey Moore, Jared Whigham, Jonah Whigham and great grandchild Sawyer Meadows.
