Willie Ellis Wiggins, 57, of Middletown, long time companion of Ella Wiggins, passed away on Tuesday, May 15th at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Windsor, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Willie E. Perry and Betty Jean Wiggins. Willie lived in Middletown for the past thirty-six years and was a member of Connecticut National Guard. He was a very kind man who will be missed. Willie is survived by two sons, Kimario Wiggins of Manchester and Willie Wiggins, Jr. of Middletown; a daughter, Lakesha Wiggins of Middletown; two brothers, Larry Wiggins (Sandra) of Middletown and Michael Wiggins (Phyllis) of Hampton, VA; two sisters, Rochelle Eason of Ahoskie, NC and Annette Perry of Brooklyn, NY; half sister, Lillian Freeman of Ahoskie, NC and his grandchild, Nasir Wiggins. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Betty Jean Darden.
