Willie Mae “Billye” Prejean, 81, Little Rock Arkansas, passed away at her residence. Born in Big Creek, Ms., for many years, lived in Louisiana for 15 years and also lived in Little Rock, Ark., 30 years. She was a homemaker; she is preceded in death by husbands Walter S. Gandy III, Jr., Curly Prejean, one son Walter Gandy III, one sister Patricia Hall, and Brothers James Hall, Larry Hall, Father J.L. Hall and mother Ruby Hall. She is survived by two sons Rick Orlinsky of Terry, Ms., Michael Gandy of Marietta, Ga. Three Sisters Faye (Jr.) Austin of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Barbara Peer of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Glenda (Charles) Tew of North Little Rock, Arkansas.
