He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years on July 25, Beverly Kay (Hall) Waggoner; children Edward Waggoner, Billy Waggoner (Kim), Sarah Hedges, Barbara Evol (John), Jonathan Waggoner, and Elizabeth Daugherty (David); 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; siblings Ray Waggoner, Betty LeClercq, and Marilyn Overton; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and several siblings.
