William Wayne Bell, 67, of Ooltewah died Tuesday, January 29, 2013 in a local hospital. A longtime resident of Ooltewah, Wayne was owner and operator of Wayne Bell Stables and was former manager of Heritage Farms for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ballard and Mattie Bell and his daughter, Kelly Smith. Survivors are his wife, Johnna Marsh Bell; Daughter, Laurie Rose, Chattanooga; step-daughter, Erica Eberle, Ooltewah; two step-sons, Marsh Eberle, Knoxville and Hunter Eberle, Chattanooga; grandchildren, Emily Sisk, Garrett Smith, Kayle Rose and Jarred Rose ; several brothers and sisters in Florida.
