He was a lifelong resident of Vicksburg, Ms., He worked for Eaton Lighting and was an engineer. He was a graduate of Mississippi State and was a member of the Elks Lodge. He is preceded in death by his father William Turney Walker, Sr., Mother Ossie Barnes Walker. He is survived his wife Debbie M. Walker of Vicksburg, Ms., two sons William Walker III and Michael Walker both of Vicksburg, Ms., one daughter Lindsey Rigdon of Brandon, Ms., and four grandchildren.
