William Toner, 73 of 1726 2nd St Peru, died at 11:18 AM May 25, 2015 in his home surrounded by his family.
Mr. Toner was born in Spring Valley on October 6, 1941 to Robert and Nathalie (Kemper) Toner. He married Dolores Pietrucha on January 28, 1967. William served with the US Army from 1963 until 1966, stationed in Fort Hood, TX. He retired from Huntsman Chemical in Peru.

Mr. Toner is survived by one daughter, Beth (Gary) Gingerich of Tonica; three sons, William Toner of Peru, Randall (Tina) Toner of La Salle and Christopher Toner of Peru; three granddaughters and two great-granddaugthers; three sisters, Nina Reeves of Mc Kinney,TX., Rina Pappas of Utica and Monica Plantan of Zionsville,IN. He is preceded in death by his wife on November 2, 2009, his parents, one sister Judith Calderon and one brother James Toner.
