William T. “Skip” Wood, 67, of Three Oaks, Michigan died unexpectedly on Saturday, September 6, 2008, at his home, with his wife by his side. Skip was born on November 20, 1940 in Elkhart, Indiana to Pastor William M. and Iona (Lemmon) Wood.
He graduated from Manlius High School in Manlius, Illinois. On January 5, 1965 he married Carol Krumrie in Coleta, Illinois. Skip was employed at Stanley Knight in New Troy, Michigan; worked in the landscaping business; and currently sold manufactured homes at Lakewood Estates. He enjoyed operating remote airplanes; fishing; boating, and visiting lighthouses. He loved music and played keyboard with a local band. Skip cherished his family and loved the Lord.
Survivors include his wife, Carol; sons, Bryan Scott Wood and Jamie Allen Wood and grandson, Travis Jacob Wood, all of Three Oaks.
