William T. Proctor, 85, of East Hartford and formerly of Manchester, beloved son of the late George & Margaret (Sargent) Proctor, died Sunday March 13, 2016 at Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center in East Hartford. William was born February 10, 1931 in Manchester, he attended local schools and was a Graduate of Manchester High School. He had worked for Pioneer Parachute for many years before his retirement and has been a lifelong member of the Salvation Army Citadel in Manchester. William is survived by many relatives in both the United States and Northern Ireland. He was predeceased by his brother John “Jack” Proctor.
