William Russell Davis, “Russ”, 92, beloved father and grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place in Heaven on October 17, 2021. He entered this world on November 30, 1928, in Sabetha, KS, born to William and Lucille Davis. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of sixty-one years, Virginia, and is survived by his son S. Scott Davis, Esquire and wife Karen, son B. Brett Davis, D.C., daughter Kathleen Eason and husband Ron; grandchildren Adam, Erin, Evan, Jenna, Shelby and Christiana; six great grandchildren Ethan, Ariah, Zaiden, Erik, Emory and Zaylee. Russ served in the Air Force from 1950 – 1954. He graduated from Washburn Law School in Topeka, KS in 1957. He was thereafter employed by the Santa Fe Railroad as a claims adjuster and retired after thirty-one years of service. He was a longtime member of Hoffmantown Church and recently a member of Sagebrush Northeast Heights Campus. He served faithfully for over thirty years at Noon Day Ministries.
