He died at 9:20 p.m. Monday, April 7, 2008, in WoodBridge Health Campus.
Born April 10, 1924, in Logansport, he was the son of Otto and Blanche Adair Pursch. He was married Aug. 2, 1943, in Peru, to Jeanann Ward, who survives.
Bill retired from Rockwell International in 1978. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II. Bill had been a member of the Logansport Eagles, American Legion Post 60 and VFW Post 3790.
Also surviving are son and daughter-in-law, Jay and Carol Pursch, Logansport; daughter and son-in-law, Diana and David Anderson, Logansport; sister, Mary Watts, Panama City, Fla.; granddaughters, Michelle Harrison and Sara Smelser; grandsons, Kyle Anderson and Jeff Pursch; great- grandchildren, Kale Rader, Jerrad Rader, Brady Grable, Kayden Anderson, Makenzie Pursch and Alexander Pursch; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by five brothers, and great-granddaughter, Kialie Anderson.
