Bill was born in Maysville on August 29, 1952 son of Jean Meloy Clarke of May’s Lick and the late William Rees Clarke, Sr.
Survivors other than his mother are his wife Victoria “Vicki” Clevenger Clarke; a daughter Cameron (Brian) Nurick of Lexington and a son William Rees Clarke III of Lexington; two grandchildren, Parker Clarke Nurick and Chase William Nurick; a brother Don Meloy Clarke of Lexington; an aunt Maude Guess of Gulf Breeze, Florida. He was preceded in death by his father; an uncle Charles Allen Clarke; and an aunt Lenora Chason.
