William was survived by his wife Nora Doreen Summers of 46 years; a daughter, Randi Jo Hendershot and husband Jamie of Shinnston, WV; two sons, William Benjamin Summers and wife Kristy of Grafton, WV and Peter Joseph Summers of Shinnston, WV; Ten grandchildren, Ashley Jo Summers of St. Petersburg, FL, Sheyenne M. Summers of Shinnston, WV, Paul W. Ashcraft of Shinnston, WV, Peter D. Summers of Shinnston, WV, Madison D. Summers of Grafton, WV, Katelyn Jo Ashcraft of Shinnston, WV, Molly J. Ashcraft of Shinnston, WV, Isaac N. Summers of Shinnston, WV, Chad W. Ashcraft of Shinnston, WV and Leonidas V. Summers of Shinnston, WV; one sister, Sharon Anderson and husband Otis of Florida.
In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by one sister, Charlotte Ann Summers.
Randy was an avid outdoorsman, loved hunting and fishing.
