William “Bill” James Randall, 73 a resident of Deming passed away Sunday October 4, 2009 at home.

Bill was born on March 16, 1936 in Gibson, New York to William J. Randall and Dorothy Dixon Randall. He served in the US Air Force for 6 ½ years and was an aeronautical map maker. He was a life member of the VFW, an officer in the Kingman AZ Elks Club, a volunteer member of the Sheriff’s Posse in Kingman and a volunteer of the Deming Senior Center before his last illness. He also retired from the City of Kingman as Building Inspector where he was employed for 17 years.

He is survived by his wife, Dixie Randall of Deming; 2 sisters, Barbara Eddy and husband Louis of NY; Eileen Plotner and husband Bob of FL; daughter, Patricia Randall Dobbs and husband Tracy of KS; son, Steven Randall and companion Robin of New York; aunt, Claramae Campbell and husband Paul of NY; uncle, Lee Dixon and wife Bobby of PA; and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Dorothy Randall; brother, Richard Randall and grandmother and grandfather Dixon all of NY.
