TORRINGTON – KOCH – William R. Koch, 68, passed away unexpectedly on February 23, 2019 at his home. Born December 2, 1950 in AR; the son of the late William and Allene (Sloat) Koch. William worked for the City of Torrington for many years. He enjoyed fishing and photography. He is survived by two sisters, Victoria Crowley of Torrington and Linda Young and her husband Roger of FL; and many nieces, nephews and extended family. He also leaves his companion of many years, Daisy Martinez and her daughters of East Hartford.
