William R. Bannon, 92, of Pendleton, passed away on January 5, 2017 at Fall Creek Retirement Center. He was born on April 29, 1924 in Boone County, Indiana and resided most of his life in Pendleton.
He served his country in the Army during WWII, and retired from Delco Remy Division of General Motors after 32 years of service. After retirement, Bill and his wife Eva traveled all over the country.
He was a member of Madison Masonic Lodge #44 F. & A.M.. Bill is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Bannon, father, Benjamin Bannon, and his mother, Arnola Bannon.
