Loving husband of Carole Speir nee Paolella. Loving father of Billie (late Paul) Waldrum, William Allen Speir, Arnetta (Steve) Stover, Mark (Cori), Timothy (Andrea) Speir and Step-father of Kenneth Finley and Mary Beth Foresta. Cherished grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. William is also survived by one brother, two sisters and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, one brother and two sisters.
