William O. Moyer, 84, of Whitehall, peacefully passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018, at Fellowship Manor.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Clarence and Estella (Ohl) Moyer. William served in the US Marine Corps during the Korean War, and upon returning from Korea he served with the Marine Corps “jet crash” crew in California. He returned home and continued working for Bethlehem Steel Corp, working in the Research Center for almost 30 years. He enjoyed going to air shows of WWII airplanes, and lived by the motto “I always follow the rules”.
Survivors: sister Gail Greene of Chapel Hill, NC. William was predeceased by his sisters Elinor Lynch, Jean Nelsen, Doris Homza and Janet Floen.
