William is survived by his wife, Kathryn James, nee Apostol; children, Mark & Maria James, Cindy & Jack Dietrich, Melinda Erlinger, Matthew James, Mike & Shannon James, and Yvonne Petito; step-daughter, Tina Borkowski; siblings, Ralph James, Larry & Carolyn James, Wendell James, Douglas & Joyce James, Lawrence & Frances James, Patricia James, Lottie James, and Tiny & John Jennings; 18 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
