Bill passed away on May 14, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. He leaves behind Betty, his beloved wife of sixty-five years, with whom, after his retirement from Cowin Equipment Company in 1991, he enjoyed many years of national and international travel. He is also survived by his sons: William A. ‘Bill” Jr, (Deborah); and Alan E. (Tammy). His grandchildren: Adam Mullins (Jamie); Lt. Matthew Mullins (Tammy); Dr. Sarah Roehl (Mark); Amy Holsomback (John) and Joshua Mullins; Ryley Canter (Ashley) and Tyler Canter (Amanda). Seven great grandchildren. His brothers Henry (Geneva); Richard (Vicki); Edward (Carol); and his sister DeAnn Tyler. His brother-in-law Bill Hamaker (Debbie). He was preceded in death by his parents V.G. and Lillian Mullins, his brothers Victor and Bob.
