William M. McDonald, 80, of Terre Haute, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 2:58 a.m. in Union Hospital.
He was born June 21, 1931 in New Albany, Mississippi to Horace Clyde McDonald and Lillian O’Dell Tolison McDonald.
Bill was a truck driver. He was also a Korean War veteran. He enjoyed working with clocks and collecting “junk”. He was the owner of Bill’s Variety.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Walter McDonald. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Bessie McDonald, who died in 1974 and his second wife, Emily McDonald, who died in 2005.
Bill is survived by his wife, Claudia “Annie” Majors-McDonald; stepson, Mark Majors of Logansport, Indiana; and one niece and two nephews.
