William M. “Bill” Grevas, 56, of Salina, passed away at his home Saturday Nov 11, 2017. He was born Oct. 2, 1961 in Dubuque, IA, the son of Nicholas and Teresa (Moriarty) Grevas. Bill was the executive director of the Greater Salina Community Foundation since January of 2016. He also served as the Vice-President for Institutional Advancement at Kansas Wesleyan University. His duties also involved being administrator for the KWU Foundation. Bill also headed the fundraising campaign to build the Graves Family Sports Complex. Bill worked for the Kansas State University Foundation for thirteen years, and was the executive director of the Salina Big Brother Big Sisters organization.

Bill enjoyed sports. He coached both of his sons teams in most of their sporting activities, and he was an avid Nebraska Cornhuskers and Chicago Cubs fan.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Peg Namahl.

Survivors include his wife Annie; two sons Nicholas and Callum Grevas; two sisters, Patricia (Merrill) Nelson and Tammy (Paul P Kimminau; nieces, Kirsten (Andy) Voller and Erin (Brad) Geist; nephew, Dennis (Heidi) Manahl; and countless loving and supportive friends.
