He is survived by his wife, Karen Buschmann; mother, Edwina Henry Collins of Indiana; daughter, Shannon of New York; step-daughter, Jodie Albers of Payson, Arizona; step-son, Rory Albers of Payson, Arizona; sister, Evelyn of California; one grandchild and six step-grandchildren.
