Bill married Maxine Ramsey and they shared 62 wonderful years together. They have two daughters: Leianna Sue Ramsey, Mary Lawrence and 3 grandchildren.
Bill served in the United States Air Force, and was a proud member of The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local #68. His hobbies included bowling and bird watching.
