He is survived by his wife, Catherine Anderson Morgan, of Mobile, children; JoEllen Tappan, Gulf Breeze, MS, Anne Foley, Theodore, AL, William (Sharon) Morgan Jr, Brewton, AL, Melissa (Kurt) Sexton, Mobile, Terri (Doug) Hulett, Mobile, Todd Hulett, Semmes, AL, eleven grandchildren, one brother, Matthew (Mary Ruth) Morgan, two sisters; Katherine Williams and Jewel (Henry) Lewis.
