He was born in Germany on January 26, 1951 and was the son of the late William L. and Anna Jane (Murray) Toomey. He is survived by his cousin, Richard Murray and family from Columbus Ohio; and his friends, Stella and Andy and his cat, Scooter; and his extended friends at the Westmoreland County Area on Aging here in Greensburg.
